Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mbv88 online platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features made available on mbv88.club ("the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and mbv88 ("the Operator", "we", "us"). • You must not be registered on any self-exclusion program. If you have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling services, you must not register or attempt to access mbv88. If you become aware that you are self-excluded, you must contact support immediately.

2Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must register a single personal account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile telephone number. The registration process requires you to create a password and to accept these Terms. The following rules apply to all registered accounts on mbv88.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If you discover you have more than one account, you must contact support immediately. mbv88 reserves the right to merge accounts, close duplicate accounts, and confiscate funds held in any duplicate account.
• Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person. You must not allow any other individual to use your account credentials to access the Platform.
• You must keep your contact details, including your mobile number and email address, accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in your inability to receive security notifications or account communications from mbv88.
• mbv88 may, at its discretion, require identity verification (KYC) at any point. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested by the Operator within any reasonable timeframe specified. Accounts may be suspended pending completion of KYC.
• mbv88 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. You also confirm that all information provided during registration is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on mbv88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh.

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The Operator reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed clearly in the account dashboard at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. The Operator does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the deposit, where technically possible.
• The Operator does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees or charges, which are outside the Operator's control and for which the Operator accepts no liability.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. The Operator reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of any KYC or security check. Processing times are typically 5 to 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals, though in exceptional cases additional time may be required.
• The Operator reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the player's account balance if the withdrawal cannot be completed for technical or compliance reasons. The player will be notified if this occurs.

4Bonuses and Promotions

mbv88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentive offers to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific promotional terms communicated at the time the offer is made.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each offer will be stated clearly in the offer terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus or promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment account, unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times using different accounts or payment accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• mbv88 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where an offer is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited will remain subject to the original offer terms.
• Where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, hedging bets, or use of automated strategies to exploit bonus structures — the Operator reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or close the player's account.
• Bonuses credited to your account have an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant offer terms. Unused bonus funds that have not been wagered within the applicable expiry period will be removed from your account automatically.

No bonus or promotional offer shall be construed as a right or entitlement. mbv88 is under no obligation to offer any bonus or promotion to any player and may withdraw or restrict access to promotional offers at any time.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the mbv88 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and card games.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance. In the event of a technical error during the placement of a bet, the Operator's records will be used to determine the correct bet amount and selection.

• The Operator reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed in error, placed on incorrect odds caused by a technical fault, or placed in a manner that the Operator reasonably believes constitutes a violation of these Terms or fair play principles.

6Responsible Gaming

mbv88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following provisions reflect the Operator's obligations and the tools available to players who wish to manage their gaming activity.

• Players may request a deposit limit, session time limit, or cooling-off period at any time by contacting support. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased until the cooling-off period has elapsed. Requests to reduce limits will take effect immediately.
• Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion of a minimum of 30 days, up to a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

7Account Security

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without the Operator's prior written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbv88 hereby excludes liability for the following categories of loss or damage. Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by the Operator.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, network outages, or force majeure events.
• Any inaccuracy or omission in sports event results, live odds feeds, or game outcome data where such inaccuracy originates from a third-party data provider over whom the Operator has no direct control.
• Any losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of mbv88 complies with local laws applicable to you.

10Account Suspension and Termination

mbv88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances. Where funds are held at the time of account closure, their disposition will be determined in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to age eligibility requirements, the one-account rule, bonus abuse provisions, or fair play obligations.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform, or you have failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Operator.
• The Operator suspects that your account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or financially irregular activity. In such circumstances, the Operator may also report the matter to relevant authorities.
• You have requested account closure. Upon receipt of a closure request, the Operator will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

11Changes to These Terms

mbv88 may revise these Terms at any time. Where revisions are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or available services — the Operator will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via a prominent notice on the Platform or via direct communication to your registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform after any revision becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure by contacting our support team.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mbv88 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through our support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first contact mbv88 support and provide the Operator with a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter directly. The Operator will acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 20 business days of receipt.
